We’re excited to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Please review our shipping details below:
1. Where We Ship
- We currently ship to the United States only.
- If your country is not listed at checkout, feel free to contact us — we’re always expanding!
2. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Pre-order or made-to-order items may take 7–14 business days (this will be clearly stated on the product page).
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (Estimated)
Domestic (United States) and will be displayed at checkout based on weight and location.
→ Delivery times start once the package leaves our warehouse and do not include processing time.
5. Order Tracking
- As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your package directly from the email or in your account under “My Orders.”
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for expedited or overnight services.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local postal office first, then contact us within 14 days of the shipping date.
- Packages delayed beyond the carrier’s estimated window: contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to locate it or offer a resolution.
